Howard

Steve Howard boasts a 30+ year career in the banking, management consulting & advisory, automotive, financial services and fintech industries, holding senior-level leadership positions with some of the world’s most prominent brands and electrification startups.

Howard was the global head of capital markets for Toyota, where he forged deep and lasting relationships with the multinational investment banking community and hundreds of prominent institutional investors, asset and fund managers, state and local governments and retail investors. He was the key architect in developing Toyota’s diversity & inclusion initiatives and other programs to partner with minority and women-owned underwriters and broker-dealers.

Howard is a well-rounded senior finance professional and possesses significant experience in debt and equity capital markets, derivatives markets, asset securitization And fund-raising across the investment spectrum.

He holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University and currently resides in Southern California with wife and three daughters.
